AGM – March 2016

The next AGM is on Wednesday 16th March at 2pm at Stony Stratford Bowls Club.

The Agenda is as follows:

  1. Receive apologies for absence
  2. Approve previous year’s minutues
  3. Receive the Chairman’s Report
  4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report
  5. Elect the Club Committee for the following year
  6. Consider and Vote upon any proposed motions

The meeting will be followed by an informal session to allow the Committee and Members to air views on subjects not covered in the formal AGM Agenda to include:

  • Fun day formats and dates
  • Team/Teams for the Golf Croquet league
  • Friendlies and Matches with other clubs
  • Evening Sessions
  • Invitations to other clubs to ‘have a go at playing croquet’ i.e. WI’s
  • Any other points
